Can I rent a car for less than 3 days?

A surcharge is charged for a rental period of less than 3 days. In case a reservation is made last minute, a surcharge may also be charged. Please contact us for short term prices and conditions.

When do the starting prices apply?

The starting prices shown on the website apply in the low season and for a rental period of at least 3 days. In the high season a surcharge of approximately $5 to $15 is charged.

Which documents do I need?

Are you or the driver 23 years old? Then you only need a valid driver’s license and a passport to rent a car.

When do I have to pay?

Don’t worry! Payment is only required when you receive the car.

How can I pay?

Payment is easy and safe when we hand over the car to you. On location via a debit card or a credit card.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we charge a deposit of $500. The easiest way is to pay the deposit by credit card. If you return the car to us properly after the rental period, we will automatically refund the deposit to you.

Do the rental cars have insurance?

Our cars are rented with all-risk insurance.

From what age can I rent a car?

You can rent a car from us from an age of 23 years. It is also possible from the age of 21, but in this case an all-risk insurance is mandatory and the deposit is $ 1000.

How does the pick-up and drop off service work?

We can pick you up at your desired location free of charge. This can be at the Hato Airport or your accommodation. Let us know and we will pick you up anywhere on the Island. If the pick-up location is further than Grote Berg (on the westside of the Island) we will charge a pick-up fee of $25.

We also offer a free drop off service to Hato Airport.

Can I also reserve a child seat?

That’s certainly possible! We offer a baby/child seat for only $5 per day.

Who can drive the rental car?

The person who has the rental contract with us is of course allowed to drive the car. Do you want to add an extra driver? Then you can do that for $8 a day.

Do I get a discount if I rent the car for a longer period?

Do you want to rent a car for a period longer than two weeks? Then a discount is certainly negotiable. In this case, contact us and we will make a great deal for you!

Is tax included in the price?

Tax is not included in the rental price. All prices shown on the website exclude 9% tax.

Are the cleaning costs included in the price?

Yes, don’t worry! Regular cleaning is included in the rental price. However, if there is excessive dirt or sand in and around the car we need to perform a deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is not included in the rental price. For deep cleaning we will charge an additional $20.

Are there hidden costs?

Certainly not! All costs that you see on our website are completely transparent. There are no hidden costs and, what you see is what you get!

Is there an emergency number available in the event of a breakdown?

For sure, you can count on us! If you unexpectedly have a breakdown along the road or if you need help, you can reach us 24/7 via our special emergency number with roadside assistance service on +59995185399.
